    Returns & Exchanges

     
    Return Policy
    • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of postmark.

    • Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered or washed.

    • Items that have been worn are not eligible for return or credit.

    • Merchandise must have its original tags.

    • We do not refund shipping charges.

    • We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale items.

    • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.

    If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please email us at INFO@LEWISOLLIVER.COM.  If we have the item in stock we will hold it for you until your return is recieved. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all the criteria for an acceptable return listed in the Return Policy above.

    Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
    • If you receive merchandise that is defective, damaged or not the item(s) that you ordered, you must notify us within 4 business days of receiving the item via E-mail at INFO@LEWISOLLIVER.COM. 

    • Please keep item(s) in the original packaging to avoid damage.

    • Merchandise must not have been used, worn or washed.

    • Merchandise must have its original tags attached.

    • We will e-mail you a mailing label for returning the merchandise.

    • Upon our receipt of the item(s) a replacement will be sent, if it is available. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund.

    You will receive your order 7-14 business days after the date that it is placed, and your payment is authorized and verified.  This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

    If any items from your order are backordered, we will alert you and let you know when we expect to have the item(s) ready to ship.  We will ship the rest of your order right away (regular shipping time apples), and you will not be charged extra shipping fees when we ship the backordered item(s) to you.

    To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

     

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from lewisolliver.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

    We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (after discount) to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

    The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tarriffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  Please contact INFO@LEWISOLLIVER.COM if you plan to place an order from outside the Unites States, include the shipping destination, and we will provide you with shipping costs.
